yeah, I don't expect many moves beside Chiarot. that won't make them that much worse. - fidopro
If you remove Chariot, Petry and Toffoli, I think bottom 3 is mostly guaranteed…. Let’s be realistic…. With Pezzeta and guys like that, we will put a decent fight but I think this will generate a win by 3 games played…. Add couple of loser points (OT - SO) per 5 games played and you get a 300 winning ration which is best than what they have but will keep you in the bottom 3…

why would you remove Petry and Toffoli? these guys are not going anywhere before summer time. at the trade deadline I could see Chiarot, Kulak if someone is interested, mayby Allen, depending if Price returns or not. and that's it. long term contracts will have to wait imo.
This looks like Bergevin last 2nd 5 years plan…. Or « reset »… - TheInformer697041
not that it changes anything to the end results or that it makes his tenure seem any better, but the "5-year plan" was actually a concept pushed by Bob Gainey, Bergevin never mentioned anything about that.

Pick the names you want but 3 guys being traded is what I think would do the job…

True…. Not sure he had a plan other than fall in love with his players and giving them too much money…

it's not even sure they'll trade everyone. they could very well decide to reset and not rebuild, especially with all the long contracts they have. they may not have a choice.

I suspect there are some players who have requested a trade…
Not sure they would keep guys who don’t want to stay…
Price and Petry are not guys interested into a Reset or a rebuild…. They are not easy to trade…
Chiariot because of his contract… is gone I think…
Gally… I think he wants to stay but not sure they will not try to trade him in the offseason…

beside Chiarot, none of them are easy to trade. the fact they asked for a trade is irrelevent. that doesn't make them easier to trade. who would want Armia? Byron? Drouin? Hoffman? Gallagher? Price?
Petry I could see traded this summer. dmen are needed.
Drouin at the tdl next year. if we can make it there alive.

I prefer the gif on its own to be honest, everything before that in the video is meh loll - Pat1993
I thought this was a follow-up video... the original being posted to somewhere else.
But the actual meme concept of the gif is old, as I remember seeing a cartoon drawing of the same thing back in the days before the internet (obviously not animated, so one sorta had to use their imagination a tad).
But I like the "good samaritans" getting punked in the video. Serves them right for trying to help a clown. The only way to help a clown is to kill them.

Let’s say that I am not a big fan of clowns…
Killing them, maybe not… but kicking them is definitely a good option…

Drouin is not the worst on that team this year given all he had to deal with…
I would trade him back to TB for. Sergachev but that being said, on a good team, as a second line winger, we can contribute…

that is all debatable, scientists have yet to determine how life was before HB existed, and how HB was even created for that matter.
