i got rear ended in the KIA last night! my bumper is all chewed up. i was just trying to go christmas shopping!

Gosh, people forget crashing cars into other cars is something that you want to avoid by braking. Was also implied in a multiple car crash two days ago, luckily I was the 4th guy at the beginning of the line. We were all standing still at the light and there is a guy who crashed at around 60 km/h in a SUV, that went into another SUV, that went crashing into my hatchback door. Neck is sore and the door is torn a bit, but the two people who were in the first SUV were shocked and left in an ambulance on a stretcher even though they seemed globally not too hurt. But the guy's car was completely compressed from the nose of the hood to the windshield and all his car fluids were all over the place. It was scary, could have been much much more dramatic.

P.S. Glad you are fine and that you were not prevented from buying your gifts. Were they local purchases?

it all happened so fast but i don't even think i heard the tires screeching so i'm not even sure he hit the brakes. definitely pushed me up because i remember asking myself if i was going to hit the car in front of me but luckily i didn't.

i heard glass shatter and it was all over the road but it must have all come from his car because my tail lights and all were fine. even my license plate bulbs are still working. i used the backup camera this morning so that's fine too. i also didn't wake up sore and you usually do after getting hit that hard. so i guess it could have been worse.
