Agreed.
His style is very pedantic, which is what I believe rubs others the wrong way.
I don't necessarily agree or disagree with his views, whether or not it pertains to hockey, but I do respect them, and think his overall participation is a good thing.
One thing for sure: while MJL tends to respond to certain posters—particularly on certain topics—with limited exception, he's seems not as obsessed with other posters themselves as a certain other poster is.

well there are quite a few on mjls do not respond list. And most of those are people that proved him wrong.
but its the same schtick everyday with him. Shouldnt have fired hextall, RR is mediocre, and every move chuck made sucks, and who can i prove wrong today for something they thought in the past.....blah blah blah. Its a nice break from him.

I am always startled at the reasoning displayed here, but allow me to point out 2 things.
1. The hour-after-hour posting could not have happened since I was gone 3 months of the last 4.
2. Publicly flouting rules and screaming for attention that I am publicly flouting rules and thus asking for an even longer ban is not the most efficient way to deal with the top 3 things in your life.
No, I am not continuing this discussion with you. 90% of your posts are snide insults towards me, so I really do not wish to unearth where in the list of your important things I fare.
