The Flyers breakouts continue to be a mess. They literally can't complete two passes in a row. It's either up the wall into a puck battle. Or a low percentage stretch pass. Turnover after turnover. Flyers are lucky that the Devils aren't that good.

They're showing the highlights and how the Devils have a forward curl back for a short pass from the defense and can build up speed to attack the offensive zone. That is missing from the Flyers. There is no forward deep and their regroups and counters suck. It's really not difficult.

Only forward playing tonight for us who doesn’t belong on an NHL roster is Patrick Brown. We have two NHL players hurt in Thompson and Farabee. Now I’ve been hearing from an NHL scout on this board that Thompson is never coming out of the roster. So my question is this. If Farabee and Thompson were healthy tomorrow and Brown comes out. Which goes in, Farabee or Thompson? Tough choice.
