If the player he hit is out for awhile I am sure that will effect Trouba's punishment. The issue I have with that is the player he hit received his 3rd concussion over the last year from that hit. Is he more prone to concussions now? Should Trouba have to pay extra for that?

Its a good point. We all know that actual injury does affect severity of punishment. But what if the impacted player is more prone to injury?

Would that mean that players on ice would have to know the injury history of players they are about to hit if they want to avoid lengthy bans? Absurd, but esentially yes, they would.

15 points at 5 on 5 so he’s been on the ice for 24 ES goals against & yet he’s such a competitor good defensively. It’s hilarious what some people choose to believe.

There’s been some shorthanded goals against so 5 on 5 numbers aren’t 100% accurate but within a number or two.

Anyone see or hear about this? Police dogs got to take the ice at WFC before Avs game and one took a dump right on the center ice logo? Very appropriate for the way we've been playing but also a bad omen for the rest of the year?

He was absolutely trying...he tries it in practice all the time apparently. Milano even yelled "Michigan" which is what they are supposed to yell to get his attention to try it.

BUT...they have never got it to work in practice....after the game he admitted it's the first time its actually worked.

They will loose 10 in a row.

You have to wonder if he’s hurt. As Tomohawk pointed out, in the pre season I thought this guy was a great add. He has looked so bad the last month.

I don't think so. He's never been good in his own end and playing on a team that is bad defensively, he is exposed. The problem is he can longer make up for it offensively.
