To mtl- Holloway, koskinen, broberg, first this year, second this year, klefbom ( only for salary reasons and he’s on the ir all year)
To oilers.- price ( mtl retains half so price only is 5.25) drouin ( mtl retains half so he’s only 2.75). And chariot (mtl retains half so he’s only (1.75).
Pretty fair deal I think. - Gougher93
Lol. If you offered that deal to any oiler fan they tell you to shove a steak knife in your ass.
What a truly stupid proposal. My god.
I mean why wouldn’t they want to take the team back a decade. Holy (frank). Every time I look at this offer it makes me wonder how someone this stupid can call themselves a hockey fan? One of the worst proposals Ive ever seen. This is HB so that’s saying something.

The best part is including Klefbom for salary reasons. That makes the trade impossible and basically puts the Oilers like $10m over the cap. That's why I wondered if thus was the Montreal source. So far Ek has them trading Gallagher, now Price, adding Tarasenko, hiring Briere. 0 for everything... |

The Bison King would be a huge get. If anyone can finesse GMs it's Gorton. - Komisaurus Rex
Has this guy even taken a poop as a member of the Habs yet? Stop this blind homerism. |

Habs are going about it the Wright way by keeping Dominique Ducharme who needs to tank when coach is doing it for us |

I find it hilarious and slightly nauseating that Montreal has turned to Melrose, MA native and former Bruins exec Gorton to fix them. He will. His track record is proven. I'm interested to see what he does with an owner who isn't a flaming piece of poop like Jacobs or Dolan.

He’s completely making it up because oilers owner Katz is probably the most hands off owner in the league. He rarely even goes to Edmonton. He leaves the team completely to Lowe and Nicholson.
Rob Lowe & Jack Nicholson own the Oilers ? - Sharks77
Katz has been hands off ever since he forced the Oilers to draft Yakupov over Murray. |

Price's contract does not fit in the salary structure of the oiler. Even IF they wanted him. |
