Gordie Howe was a real superstar and he stood up for himself. Its not like Dubois who, is a #1 center, is a fighter. Matthews just doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to defend himself. Soft as feather.

This could get you banned but I don't disagree.

Matthews should've pushed back in some way, not necessary dropping the gloves, but some attempt to come out looking less girly since he IS a 6'3" 210lb grown man.

Matthews is my favorite player in the league right now....but even for me, total weak sauce. Hope he redeems himself soon.
