Lol a good thing to know!

Not too much, just chilling today… waiting for the game… getting the long hair I grew chopped off tomorrow. Grew it because due to my epilepsy and being put on disability I was told my life is essentially on hold due to my head…. So I said (frank) this, grew my hair long (past my shoulders now), so I can have multiple pony tails cut off and donated to charity so it can be made into a wig for people who lose their hair suffering from ptsd, or loses it due to something like chemotherapy

Essentially it was:

Life: your head is broken Bruce, put your life on hold

Me: (frank) that I’ll figure out how to use it differently!

Mine was, too. Got it cut 10 days ago. My head immediately felt lighter and less hot.

Only problem is I got it cut right to the annoying point where it's right in my eyes now.

The Logan Stanley thing was pretty dumb. He sucks. They were pumped up with the win but I highly doubt they care about Spezza getting suspended or not when they don’t play them again for months.

I don’t know if I could handle the daytime smoking tho anymore tbh… all it is to me these days is a small amount when I’m already in on pants and chilling for the night.

Have you ever had a concussion? It’s not an exact science. It can be immediate or come on over more sessions of exercise. They don’t give a poop about Spezza.

The same as the Leafs would give a poop if it was a Foligno DoPes meeting for running Campbell or one for Woll or the bullpoop against Matthews....you know the same thing Tom Wilson got suspended for against the Rangers...or the run on Tavares in the playoffs by Chairot and Perry.

So yes, OPTICS matter and the optics being put out by Winnipeg a few hours before the hearing is that Pionk the (frank) head is "injured". Straight BS.

Especially because the Jets are exploiting a serious condition to do so. Exactly why people have no real clue about concussions to begin with, lying.

The hearing is a formality IMO, its not likely to change much. It will be 5 to 7 games. I like that Spezza went after Pionk, someone should have done the same to Dubois but he was hiding on the bench. Its unfortunate that Spezza made head contact, that fact that it was retaliation adds games. Competent officials on the ice might have saved some of the nonsense.

Because he's a superstar still coming back from a wrist injury, and it doesn't help the Leafs to a) have him in the penalty box; and b) risk injury.

Your take, not fact. With Perry's history, its hard to imagine that intent could not be a reasonable consideration. The fact was that the knee to the head followed a slew foot by Chiarot which rendered JT completely defenseless. Pionk stuck his leg out, whether there was intent or not, cannot be determined. Spezza's hit was intentional, I don't believe there was intent to hit the head, but that cannot be determined easily.
