I have a friend at the game, he isn’t even a Leafsfan (he’s a Habs fan) )and these are his seats…..I replied to the pic with a “I hate you but will love you if you bring me to the game next time you get those seats”.

When I used to go to Rock games, I had seats 2 rows back and they blocked a lot.

I’ll asked him but I went to a Marlies game and though row 1 behind the bench would be awesome - as you have mentioned terrible / blocked view alot. I ended up just moving to another spot it was so bad.
He replied - this is his view (I think he moved down or zoomed in for the first pic). Appears he is not blocked at all unless the puck was tight to the boards and guys were standing I suppose.
