I honestly cannot wait until Brian Daboll gets a head coaching job.
This team is on the back of Josh Allen 100% of the time.
The coaching all around is pathetic
McDermott gave or chose to let the Patriots get the 4th quarter wind? Seriously is he a moron? - sbroads24
The missed field goal was huge too honestly though. Would have been an entirely different game at the end there if we were only 1 pt down.

They didn’t seem to think having the wind at their back was any advantage. They pissed away a lot of the time with the wind.
Just to clarify in my mind; the coin toss winner chooses whether they want the ball now or at start of second half, and the other team picks which goal they’ll defend? (Or vice-versa)
Bills won the toss and deferred possession, they should’ve instead used their option to set it up to have the wind in the fourth quarter. - Ratsreign
The winner gets to pick either to kick or receive, or which end it wants to defend. |

Are you? What would you prefer, he kick off to the Pats twice? - Hatboro_Swords
We won the toss. We deferred. Which means Pats chose to receive we chose the wind |

I think Daboll lost that opportunity.

You defer to decide to the second half, at which point you choose kick, receive or wind |

Right, so you choose wind, they can't defer twice, so the Bills would still get one of the kicks. |

Ok so maybe I’m wrong here but are you saying if you win the toss the loser automatically gets the direction unless you’re kicking to them twice?

Wind no wind, it didn't matter Josh could obviously throw either way, yes certain things were affected. That fumble by Breida was big, that big run never happens without it. Horrible game plan. |

It would still be the other team getting the second half kick. The same team would never get the ball to start both halves. |

So Bills won the toss. Bills choose to defer, Pats choose to receive otherwise they’re going to kick twice. 2nd half starts and if u choose the wind, the Pats are going to choose to receive. |

Their QB completed 2 passes.
They didn’t win the game.
The poop coaching did.
Dawson Knox having poop hands did.

No, bills could’ve chosen the goal to defend that would’ve put the wind at their back in the fourth, and let the pats decide if they wanted the ball to start the first or the second. Bills would still get the ball to start one half |

How could I forget going out for coin toss one game Jr. year, the year I played every snap of our season, like a champion. We were going in with mindset that if we win the toss, we were going to kick. Other team won the toss, chose to defer and we chose to kick. Take a wild guess what the other team chose to do to start the 2nd half.
Edit: I’m sorry for patting myself on the back here. Nobody wants to hear that crap. Sometimes I can’t help myself. The Bills will be all right. That’s what I believe. |

The Pats game wasn't at all conservative. They played to their strengths and our weakness. That's good coaching. - Slump Buster
Jones threw the ball 3 times. Belichick knew he couldn't count on him to throw in this weather. That's being conservative. And smart.
But, any coach in this league knows we can't stop the run. It doesn't take a good coach to see that.
I guess we agree that they played to their strengths. It could have (and almost) bit them in the ass, though. |

Team that wins the toss, picks whether to take the ball or defer, if they defer the team getting the kick decides what end zone they want to receive it. So NE took the wind 2nd and 4th |

That’s the second night game I’ve been to where the bills opposing quarterback has completed less than five passes and the bills have lost.
Derek Anderson and Mac Jones. 🙄🙄
