I would have to guess that the norm is around 24-25 if not maybe even slightly older before a goalie is considered a good starter.

Its why im constantly telling people to slow their roll on Levi and Portillo and UPL. AS good as Levi is playing he's probably still what 5 years away?

Guaranteed UPL is gona go through another stretch of amazing hockey in the AHL, because that is just how young goalies are.

And UPL is 22, I believe. Too early, imo, to predict one way or another. As you said, same with those other two.

Hoping we trade for a guy w term or sign a guy for 2-3 years.

In his first 15 games this season, Connor McDavid drew five penalties, 54th in the league. Then an issue was made of it and in the eight games since, he's drawn 10 penalties and is third in the league. Don't tell me that NHL officials don't manage games.

He started rough. He had like a .826 to start the year. He faltered once or twice since, otherwise he's been very solid for us. Potential is there, just needs consistency as most young goalies do.

So will we see Mat Robson before it's all said and done.

I get it, I think he was through those 3 by game 5, he did look bad to start. He has righted course somewhat though, I'm still hopeful.

I think the worst part about last night's loss is it give Pegulaville 1 game to use as an example to keep pushing his wildly outdated argument of run and stop the run to win football games.

That's weird about EBUGs. If they can't get anyone up from the minors, within reason, then they're eligible to use one. Wonder how that happened or if something changed to that in the CBA or something.
