It has a smoker attachment, but it's not nearly good enough to be a true smoker, but it gives poultry a decent kiss of smoke. I love making wings in it.

I use it on the back porch.

EDIT: Never mind. I see it says for outdoor use only. I assumed it would be, but I thought maybe because it's an air fryer you could use it indoors.

I love duck. I picked up some duck prosciutto last weekend that was insane with some manchego and honey drizzled on it.

I bet the smoke flavor on that direct smoke is awesome.

It’s kind of the perfect bird to smoke. The darker meat makes it really easy to keep moist so you can slow cook the shut out of it.

Yeah, I usually do dry seasoning in the fridge for a full day uncovered to really dry out.
