Seems like a good choice for them right now.

He also has a 2 year contract.

He is just in there to help cleanup poop and put in a system that works... he tends to have a short-ish shelf life anyways, but he also gets results when coming in, so I expect that is why he is there.

I do not think he is their long-term solution.
