It's for this year and next - no commitment while they take their time and find a GM who can choose his coach

He plays stars big minutes and tends to get results from them - fix EP et al.

He's been brought in mid way and course corrected before - Washington specifically.

It does make sense if people don't make everything about language.

Fully agree. They can move on after this season even without pain but it gives them time to hire the best gm who then has time to find their ideal coach and he likely gets more from the team and the o stars during that span. It does make some sense

It was kind of obvious they hired him to get through this transition. Also, how many good coaches are available in December AND want to attach their name to this stinker of a Canucks team.

I just bought the Phillips 2200 espresso machine last week.

I am completely satisfied so far. I did have to drink way too many cups of coffee to find the perfect settings for the best possible coffee though.
