The moment someone says "Leafs in 4", the season is over.
Losing is bad enough, but the endless capacity for Leafs fans to get ahead of themselves is even worse. It is not too far off the mark to say they are basically planning the parade with every hot streak or fortunate bounce. It's like they haven't experienced the endless capacity for this organization to poop the bed. - Aetherial
How is it any different than people discounting the team’s play to date because playoffs |

The good news is that Omicron appears to be mild, especially for the vaccinated. So if it takes over, COVID-19 will have effectively mutated into an endemic virus like the flu that we have yearly updated shots for, and people will die from it, but it won't collapse hospital systems anymore. - Zezel
Keep in mind I know absolutely nothing about biology and viruses and a lot of other things, but I did read (last year) that viruses tend to become less dangerous over time, because if they keep killing the host, it makes it harder to replicate. The less deadly ones have the ability to spread more.
fingers crossed. |

It's a stunt guitar. They use it in all the movies in Hollywood, and it's never actually hurt. It just snaps back together.

Micheyev for Debrusk??? Plus spare parts as needed.
You could try:
Debrusk, Kampf, Kase
or
Debrusk, Tavares, Nylander
Kerfoort, Kampf, Kase
Whatever works better. - underhill14
I would like DeBrusk on this Leafs team.
Wonder what Boston wants? Mikheyev and a 3rd rd pick?

I think the variables are how much more quickly it spreads, how much more severe it is and how it responds to the vaccines.
All we know for sure is that it spreads very quickly. Some early results (that skewed towards younger patients) showed less severe outcomes. It’s likely to be a couple of weeks before we know much about how it responds to the existing vaccines but it’s acknowledged that, even if it doesn’t match up, the more ya got the better. |

Statistically campbell has been the best goalie in the league so far this season.
Campbell: GAA 1st, Save %: 1st, SO: 2nd, Wins: 1st

Cause weve seen the leafs play this well for several seasons.....in the reg season
I believe last year start mirrors this one after 24 games...or pretty darn close.
Except campbell is playing much better than he did last year and we have the mighty kampfire. |

Yep, still plays. She stopped taking lessons a few years ago - she couldn't stand that her teacher and his house smelled like an ashtray. But she still plays - mostly for relaxation.
If you have any guitar-related Christmas gift suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated. |

Just acoustic player, or has she expanded into electric as well?

We got her an electric a couple of years ago. Fender - not the really cheap one, but the next one up. She's very happy with it, so no need to upgrade. My wife's brother is a semi-pro musician, so he's really good about recommending/approving purchases.
My favourite stocking stuffer we gave her a couple of years ago was some fender wall hooks - our basement now looks really franking badass. She has her acoustic, her electric, and the bass I bought on a whim a few years ago (thought I could learn how to play it with Guitar Smith - I couldn't). |

Very cool. He can help you with any advise you need..
I will suggest a small wattage tube amp. A 5 watt or 15 watt home / bedroom amp. Great sound at lower volumes. So many great recordings have been done, in studio with a 5 watt amp..... |

From the tweeter
"Matthews jumped past MacKinnon in career goals last night. Auston's 212 to Nathan's 211. Big difference though...227 less games played for Auston. Doing the feat in 355GP V 582 for the other guy." |
