The problem is, I'm starting to wonder if changing the losing culture in the locker room isn't more important than increasing the depth of talent in the pipeline. I understand this is a chicken-egg sort of scenario, but I'm worried about these kids becoming cancerous in the locker room like our last batch of talent.
