Roy is most definitely not my first choice, but I won't freak out right away if he ever gets hired, it is possible for people to evolve, and perhaps he's calmed the (frank) down after all those years lol... everyone is judging him from his past (and rightfully so) but basically no one with those opinions really know him personally and know how it actually is to work with him today.
