Provy is not a "top" defenseman, a "top" defenseman makes those he plays with better, Provy cannot not elevate the play of anyone he plays with like Ellis does. Any good team he is a second pairing guy.

Fletcher stated he has tried to address this in recent drafts, so good for him, HE GETS IT! Teams that have these types of players don't trade them.

Last game I attended against Boston it was insane how many open looks they passed up or lost because they held the puck too long allowing the PKers to get in position.

Coupled with very little movement of the players themselves and the PP was just so easy to defend against.

I was thinking the same thing with that treasure trove of adds that Hextall had.

Frost status all hinges on how many minutes he gets. If they start to slip he will be better served in the AHL

Wow. This just isn’t true.

I'm as frustrated as anyone about where this team is right now, but I don't know how any serious hockey fan can watch Fletcher's presser today and walk away with the idea that this guy should be fired. Its delusional to think this. Fletcher is on top of things, that is what came across to me. He has the pulse of the team, the players, the coaches and the overall organization. I'm sorry if the facts he conveyed today did not match your own personal agenda's, but to me, he is right. We have to get this team back and see what we have before he decide what to do next. There is still plenty left in the season for the Flyers to turn this around.

I really want to see what we have before we make changes.

It's moving the puck and players constantly moving as well and we don't do that enough. Now, they can't even enter the zone or complete two passes.
