Miller is so divisive that fans are arguing over his birth place. Awesome.

I’d hardly call this arguing. There hasn’t been any name calling, yet…

Then there's the Seahawks. Only seven of the Seahawks’ past 72 draft picks are still on the roster.

Something has to give with that team as well.

Pretty much have to take a Canadian defensemen in the first or second round. JB doesn't like first or second round picks too often though.

3 drafts since they took D in the first two rounds and the traded away first and second round picks were all for forwards.

All 3 Minny D were picked by Brackett knowing that Jim didn't have picks before his and Jim in desperate need of defensemen will overpay later for the worst ones.

I'm hoping he doesn't have autonomy anymore.

My personal thoughts on Jim aren't as harsh as some of the whiners in here but I've reached an end with Jim.

He has done some good things still, some higher percentage draft picks with his limited picks.

The trade for Miller and the trade for Garland and OEL show a win in his favour right now at a cost of getting potentially better defensemen in the future. I don't know if the forwards that were chosen would amount to the same as Miller and Garland have.

His inability to fire Green which may or may not be his choice.

After 8 years, I think the team just needs a new line of thinking to make the team better. Jim's path has stalled with his one dimensional thinking.

Plus I still don't know what Weisbrod does and they are friends.

That trade for Adams....yeesh. That 1st rounder is currently 5th overall.

How do you not know that Benning has wanted fire Green for ages? It’s all over the media for a (frank)ing year. And vanhockey? You really think Benning still has autonomy? Lol.

This is Aquilinis team. He is president and GM.

I think the era is over – time for a rebuild. Tough having traded for Adams, but get rid of Schneid and Pete, field offers for Russ and make that decision to bite the bullet on him or not.

NYG have two top 10 picks this year if they want to swing for Russ. Could really help remake the team.
