Hey I hear you. There are tons of statements I dislike on this forum but I only take it as someone’s opinion. That’s it my opinions are just the same. Mine. - Camel
That's very refreshing....
Some around here feel like their opinion is more valuable.
I'm sure I'm guilty at times......

All three Super Bowls in the early 2000’s and 2018 were won without top 10 QB play. - Pegullaville
You literally just make things up and hope we won't notice...
All of those Super Bowls were won by... The best QB to ever play the game... Meaning, the most elite QB... And he is still playing...
Dude seriously we do not need this today. |

I want to see Cozens turn it up. Been a little disappointed in him - Fattony1187
How on Earth could you be disappointed in him? He is on pace for 40 points and 20 goals at the quarter mark of the season in his first full NHL season. He's already matched last year's output in half the games.
He is coming along fine. He will be our RNH. |

And they didn't even get that, so again, you're building the argument that even a mediocre QB is more important than an elite run game. - BeadyEyedDouche
i try to stay away from absolutes...the bills without a running game were exposed twice just recently and their defense being unable to stop the run killed them...and i always point out that jim kelly, for as great as he was lost to jeff hostetler and mark rypien...tom brady lost to eli manning twice and nick foles after passing for 500 yards |

Or maybe, just maybe it took the best QB in history to be able to overcome the strong D that you love so much. An Average QB doesn't get it done, it took a superstar Qb to preserver against a tough playing well.
I like my argument alot. Alot getter than throwing the best QB out |

I say his ceiling is Drew Stafford as a winger or Luke Adam as a Center. Never make a difference is his floor. What he is doing now is smoke and mirrors. - Hatboro_Swords
This is one of the worst takes iv seen. This is what happens when you dont give up on a kid that shows promise. Credit to the coaches and sir tallness for honing his craft. KA seen that with a 3 year contract and Meatstick seen that with switching him to center
I see a 50-60pt center. Needs to use his body more and maybe use his teammates better. He is still getting better |

he shut down mcjesus and scored two goals ta boot, then corralled matthews and crosby...he is 2+1 in his last four games and he's doing it with sub-par wingers...
cozensons has come a long way since the beginning of the year, but he's still inconsistent |

It’s always been efficient QB play, strong run game, strong defence.
See the New England Patriots.
They won 4 Super Bowls without elite QB play and are sitting at 8-4 with the pillsburry dough boy - Pegullaville
And they would of never got to most of those superbowls without elite QB play in those championship games |

First of all, Wetbandit brought it up and you mentioned me twice by username before I even posted
Second of all, you use the blanket that Tom Brady is the best QB ever yet in his best passing seasons he never won a ring….
He lost to Eli twice in two SB’s, lost to Nick Foles in another, Joe Flacco in the AFC championship game. 2015 was probably his best season and he lost to the No Fly Zone twice (Broncos won the SB with the 26th ranked offence by DVOA).
Out of his HOF career and 7 SB wins, you can make an argument that maybe one of those seasons show up in his top 6 or 7 passing seasons of his career.
Peyton Manning won as many SB’s being predominantly useless as he did as the best QB statistically all time.
Aaron Rodgers’ one ring came with the #2 defence in the NFL.
How many times did Drew Brees lose in the playoffs to inferior QB’s ?

Dear Buffalo Sabres Fans,
This is a letter of recommendation to find the goalie you desperately need for a fair price. Introducing Joonas Korpisalo, former CBJ #1 netminder needing a new home.
Needs playing time, a change of scenery, and can be had for 2nd round pick or a 3rd rounder and a prospect.
Sincerely,
Jarmo Kekalainen
General Manager, Alternate Governor
Columbus Blue Jackets
You're welcome. |

Here's an absolute, anything can happen in a single game, but it is absolutely no coincidence that the best QB ever has 7 Super Bowl rings, and the best ever RB has none. |

so would every team...but if you can't, you don't construct a mahomes/rogers style offensive game plan with the likes of bridgewater |

In last 20 years of superbowls only 3 Quarterbacks that Won wont be going to the hall of fame. THREE
This argument that you dont need a elite quarterback to win a superbowl is dumb. Like seriously dumb. Like as dumb as dumb. Really just dumb
Wanna do the 10 superbowls before that? Only 1 of those 10 superbowls had QB’s not in the hall of fame.

Right, and in 4 of those seasons he was an efficient but not elite QB.
Not to mention;
Tom Brady has 17 TD & 12 INT & a 89.4 Passer Rating in his Conference Championship game wins.
Tom Brady has 21 TD & 17 INT & a 82.7 Passer Rating in his Conference Championships games overall.
