I'd take E Kane - SABRES 89
Me too but no way the owners do |
|

Hmm. I am glad you brought this up so Pegulaville can come say something wildly untrue as a rebuttal. - BeadyEyedDouche
so...i guess jalen hurts' three interceptions and his 17.5 qb rating should just be thrown out the window?

Who cares, he's a good player - SABRES 89
He was a big part of an underachieving core here once already. The Sabres are finally cultivating a positive vibe in the locker room. I'd keep Kane about 500 miles away. Trouble follows him around |

This actually helps literally everyone except Pegulaville's argument. Run and stop the run didn't work and bad QB play killed them. |

The Canes disagree, people said the same about DeAngelo and look at him and that team. People need to grow thicker skin, enough already. |

They plan on bringing in a goalie or what? I get they probably stay course for the most part, but they can't keep telling these kids they support and believe in them and then leave them to the firing squad every night with the goaltending. |

It’s always been efficient QB play, strong run game, strong defence.
See the New England Patriots.
They won 4 Super Bowls without elite QB play and are sitting at 8-4 with the pillsburry dough boy |

Kane has been on three teams and has been a problem everywhere he went. From the shower incident in Winnipeg, to the legal problems here, the domestic stuff and gambling in SJ. It's all bad. I hope he turns it around but I wouldn't want any part of that |

call back to the convo cong and myself had about R2 for next season. I thought he'd be in Buffalo for sure next season but cong left him out of the lineup altogether because he was assumed to be sent to Rochester. Stock is low on him and he's done nothing with his opportunity this year so far. Does he need another year in Rochester or has he peaked as a tweener forward?
Having a defensively responsible center in Jankowski is a pretty ok move. I was really surprised he didn't receive a 2 way NHL contract until now. |

The only goalie I heard they wanted and had a lot of interest in was Jacob Markstrom before he signed with the Flames. Paying him 6 mill a year was worth it to them but I haven't heard anything since about paying any big time goalies. But Dell is beyond horrible. This team works hard and you need a NHL starting goalie that can save a team and also keep the D in front of him confident. |

My 20-year-old son is now a diehard Sabres fan, watches every game (we're in Ontario, so he could be a Leafs fan). He's totally fine with what's happening this year (other than when Dell is net). He believes in two years this will be one of the most exciting teams in the league. I've been a fan since 1974, and I am not sure why I feel so impatient this year. We had a 1C, but the losing took its toll. - Fogolin
1 more year Fogolin. I do get the impatience, I do.

Fair enough. He's a hell of a player. He just carries around a dark cloud with him |

I thought it was anyone on the ice at the time of the infraction, my mistake.. 🗣 |

And they didn't even get that, so again, you're building the argument that even a mediocre QB is more important than an elite run game. |

in that instance, the player who's path to the goal was impeded gets the shot...if, say, a player places his hand over the puck in the crease, it's any on the ice at the time |
