I set our tunes up using a Mackie SRM150 PA speaker. Running the record player we have into channel 3 using a RCA cable. Since the record player also has a Bluetooth connection I can either play vinyl or anything digital on a 150 watt live music piece. It has another two channels as well that I can plug a guitar, bass, or mic in as well and jam along with music and be capable of mixing them (both channels either 1/4” or XLR jacks). Only a little 5-1/2” full range speaker so it’s not even big or heavy whatsoever.

I have a box in the basement with rca cables, coaxial, networking, speaker wires.

Why the frank do I not throw it out?

If I ever come up with that answer for myself I’ll let you know…just yesterday I packed up the plug in cable for the heated leafs blanket we have. The blanket turns on but then the light just flashes and the blanket no longer heats up. Does this cable connect to anything else? Not that I’m aware of. Part of my head will figure this out someday I’m sure…. Right? Lol

Greatest concert (indoor) I've ever been to was Front 242 back in '98. I thought I was probably going to die and it was awesome.

If that's your greatest, you need to get out to more shows. Holy crap.

Ugh croup with strider sucks. My son and I spent a nighy in hospital for it.

Hope they recover quick!

- Aaron_85

Yup, he's spent two nights now in the hospital in the past two weeks. He's only 3 so it's been a fun adventure.

Seems to be doing better now but every once in a while there's that "honking" cough and I brace myself.

Thanks for the well wishes!

Were you there?! Two of my all-time favourite bands played that night: Front 242 and, for the first time in ever in Canada, Project Pitchfork.

There are some personal highlights that aren't worth going into detail about that night, but being literally at the very front and almost getting crushed as 242 took the stge was quite an experience.

Both bands absolutely killed it that night.

And dude, I've seen hundreds of concerts.

Hope your family feels better.

My daughter has just informed me she has a sinus headache - wondering if we should bail on her afternoon practice.

- Atomic Wedgie

Thanks! Hope your daughter's headache subsides quickly. As a frequent sufferer of horrible headaches, I empathize.

Hope the little guy feels better soon. Having a sick child is never fun.
