No doubt. He also didn't help when he actually almost picked Giroux. Giroux made the mistake of reaching with his stick. He was then caught flat footed and lost his man. As a whole, the Flyers are a team that stops skating more than any other team I watch play. You can't stop skating. - MJL
Why are they lazy tho? Could it be because their captain is lazy? |

Bee was in front of his man. They teach you from a young age most important thing stay between your man & the net. G let his man behind him loosing coverage. Farabee’s positioning was fine |

You have several details incorrect. First of all, Ekblad was actually Farabee's man on the play. Giroux and Farabee switched which caused some confusion. Farabee did not stay between his man after the switch and the net. Giroux did not let his man behind him. Ekblad moved laterally away from Giroux.

So I guess it was no ones fault. Just typical bad luck for the Flyers tomorrow’s a new day |

Should have just traded him for Pavelski when they had the chance. NMC be damned. |

No, first of all there should've been a penalty on Ekblad but Giroux lost coverage.
As far as the rest of your comments on Giroux, they are beyond absurd. And I'm done with that.

Konency had to be the biggest dummy - SuperSchennBros
Man Konecny sucked in overtime. Glad he got dropped to 3rd line but it wasn't far enough. He doesn't have enough puck control to be out in OT. And he's so whiny. |

Konecny was one of the Flyers better forwards in the game. |

Farabee is not between his man and the net. His man is behind him passing the puck to Ekblad as Farabee turned back towards the goal line. Farabee did not have good positioning and did not switch quick enough. Although I don't know what he would've done without a stick.

I thought he had a better game. So many chances and everything but the finish.
Yeah that big-time flub on receiving that pass in OT caused them never to recover even after he finally got off the ice and completed the line change, but Coots did him no favor either once he gained control of the puck and failed to dump the puck behind the FL goal. Instead Coots sent it back to TK who was completely gassed at that point. |

We can still argue whether CF made the right moves this off season, I’m sure he thinks he did. GM’s don’t take lightly to looking bad after their splash, so to speak. If things continue down this path, some might be out of work by the holidays. |

Some good some bad. Risto & ellis good.Jones exceeding expectations, Macewen good pick up. Laughton extension & Sanheim bad unless once they fall out of it he moves sanpoop for something.
Atkinson okay. I like him but too many small similar styled wingers already |
