I don't think they "need" a superstar it would certainly help

But they do need to start winning. Last nights game was entertaining and it was pretty loud for the building being so empty (at least it sounded loud on TV).

by next year, assuming you keep everyone who isn't a UFA, you start to get the look of a team that's exceptionally young but also dynamic and talented. There will be more bumps, and who knows if any of those players will be swapped out for complimentary vets. But when you have this group to enter their primes in the next couple of years, the star or superstar will be the compliment instead of the focus. And that's where you need to get to be great.

I heard a few weeks ago, the beasley thing was a distraction.

Couple guy's are pretty pro-vax and (Diggs /sanders)
Others playing the same position ( beasley/ davis)
Obviously feel differently.
