I met my Friend Stanley today for a cup of Soup. We laughed, joked and giggled at the thought.

Game in 10 was like 60% the 1st period, 2nd was barely anything.

Nice work, sad I missed this one, but Sunday is movie night in the gravy household.

Leafs look good. They’ve been solid defensively and have a great pk, but you can tell they have another gear they haven’t tapped into yet.

Really thought Woll was moving quicker in last night's game compared to the Sabres game. Went from AHL style to big league in a hurry.

I know it's two games but if Woll is decently steady as a back up and with a team playing as it is, I don't see why they would keep Mrazek beyond this season. I wouldn't do anything in season but off season I'd definitely look to move him.
- Aaron_85

I think they have to move him in order to resign Campbell.

Our core 4 needs to do more. *checks scoreboard*

Our bottom 6 still needs to contribute, can't always rely on our big guns.

*checks scoreboard again*

Well, Campbell's going to get burned out by the playoffs; they need to manage his workload better.

they do need more toughness and gr—- if they’re gonna seriously compete for the Stanley Cup🤦‍♂️

especially on defense👍🏿

it may already be there amongst the forwards but, as we’ve seen, teams like the broons, bjs and even les crapitantes have the ability to impose their will on our young, offensively minded roster when the rubber meets the road🤦‍♂️

i like lolegren and busteen just fine but they’re gonna need a little more snarl in the d corps to keep teams from running the goalie repeatedly as we saw with freddy when he was here 🤦🏿‍♂️

muzzin can’t patrol the crease by himself🤦‍♂️

Shelly Keefe needs to use some long, cutting horse reins with Ritchie👍🏿

let him follow his natural inclination on the ice but smack him hard in his ass when his behaviour takes him in the wrong direction 👍

Lou gave Casey Czikas 6 years at age 31. It's crazy. He has 1 assist in 15 games and plays 12 minutes a night. They have so many aging vets on term they won't be able to unload these deals.

Woll had a good game. Excellent move by Keefe to get Woll the easier matchup against a team that has problems scoring and is playing without many regulars. Also liked Ritchie on the checking line. The shorty by Marner was superb.

Marner's best moment of the season. Also his play on the final goal was pretty great as well. Glad to see him getting out of that terrible hangover slump.

Isles in a 5 game regulation losing skid coming into last night's game with a number of players on COVID protocol, and where they were essentially as much an "Away" team as the Leafs (only their 2nd game ever at the new digs).

Happy the Leafs won and Woll got the shutout but I'm not planning any parades. That was a boring game from start to finish despite the disparity in shots. They dominated the Isles, I guess. 🤷

The Calgary Flames have recorded seven shutouts in their first 19 games of the season. They are the first team to do that since offensive forward passes were allowed in 1929.
