Not sure about Europe but believe you need to be 20 to play in the AHL unless you've played a full NHL season. Or something like that.

If you've played a season in the CHL as a teenager you are ineligible to play in the AHL until you're 20.

I don't believe there are any rules against playing pro in Europe even if you've played in a CHL league as a teen. 🤔

Not to be rude... But I don't care, that's not an excuse to be paid 11 million and not be able to score on the PP. You could put Carlton on the PP for a hundred games and he'll score a couple. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Im confident Holl and Dermott would both be able to cash on the PP if they were given his opportunity over that stretch.

Ultimately it's moot if the team is scoring on the PP.

Would love to see a list of 'setup guys' around the NHL who've scored a powerplay goal in the 92 games our 11 million dollar guy hasn't. 🤦🏻‍♂️
