I would include any defensive prospect not named Schneider for that weasel.

How did you feel about a young chris krieder when he was injuring goaltenders on a nightly basis?

unfortunately I am old enough to remember; While not nearly as good, Gallagher is Bobby Clarke. You hate them unless they are on your squad and then you love them.
- Greschnergy#4

Unless he's taking bad penalties.

Although the Habs didn't have much of chance of scoring with the time remaining, when the opposing team is the Rangers trying to hold a slim lead, you still have a chance. Gallagher screwed MTL in that situation.

It would be best to ask that question of the goaltenders whose players got burned by Kreider and then had to chase him in order to trip him into their goalie. So many dumb NHLers killing their own netminders after getting beat on a play.

A) that was a different time
B) that different time was when i was 6

A better example would be Sean Avery, who i hated every minute of having. I get why people would like having them on their teams but it's hard for me to get over the fact that i don't like them personally. That's just me though

Avery was very much of the "you love him if he's on your team and hate him if he's not" ilk. It's not a new concept. Even really great players like Marchand and Matt Tkachuk I'd just prefer not to have because i dislike their personalities/on ice antics so much. One of many reasons i will never be an NHL GM.

I (frank)ing hated Avery. On the Red Wings, on the Kings, on the Stars and most definitely on the Rangers. I just refuse to stand behind a player like that. I wouldn't want Marchand or Letang either. Gallagher isn't usually such a blatant cheap shot artist, is he? I think of him more of a yappy, scrappy grinder.
Tikkanen I loved. But, again I remember him as a pain in the ass that wouldn't try to injure someone. I could be wrong.

Avery was one of my favorites especially when he was on a line with Jagr and Dubinsky

I was thinking what we could do with RW.

Would there be any interest in Brock Boeser? Figuring it would probably cost us Krav and a 1st. Can we afford him?

He’s due a big shiny new contract so no. Couldn’t afford him past this year even if his contract wasn’t ending

I'm sure his teammates loved him and had no problem with him as he played with Jagr, Shanahan, Drury and Gomez. Stood up for his teammates and had some good hands as well. And he would fight, none of this hiding behind the ref nonsense. He was a pest like the rest of them, no better or worse
