Totally Bloated. Vancouver is getting brutal. Don’t move back Lefty!
- CanuckDon

We aren’t moving back now, we sold our house because it was too much to take care of and we purchased a nice townhouse - still in Grayhawk. My wife got some healthcare coverage as well, so she decided she wants to stay. Which is perfectly all right with me!

What blows my mind is the comments around officiating. That really is reaching. Bad calls happen all the time ... every team's fans are homers, and usually their announcers are too. But to think this is all due to bad bounces and bad calls ... please. We're well past that point. A game or two, a few days maybe but this is weeks and months of a bad hockey team playing bad hockey, simply put. I say bad team because I think we have some good players, but as a team playing in the current system, they are bad.

Thanks Carol

Liked the Hog fuel reference, he needs to play on a line with Barkov and Miles Wood on a high energy line when the chips are down.

Et tu Carol? The rain has stopped, the sun is out, and the Canucks will be fine. Just weird that so many guys are going through a funk at the same time, but not totally unexpected given how many roster changes there have been every year.

I thought Jim had one more year? When Green got his two year extension I thought that lined up the management team.

I’m going to buy a house in Denver. Maximum diversity as the world ends. Van on the ocean, a high altitude home and the desert. Also need a boat just to be safe

Now, that issue is still glaring — and the offseason shakeup to the coaching staff that saw power-play man Newell Brown depart and defensive specialist Brad Shaw come in has not yet yielded a positive outcome. It doesn't help to see the Ducks' power play clicking at 28.3% with Brown in charge, either. That's fourth-best in the league on an unexpectedly good team. And in two games against Vancouver this week, Anaheim's power play went 3-for-8.

Unreal to me how 1 guy... 1... can make such a difference.. we had the worst, by a long shot PP last yr... and Brown can come in with the same players and now we are 4th league wide.. and dangerous damn near every time with the man advantage.. It's crazy..

Whoever made the decision to can this guy needs his head examined.

You simply cannot tell me the Ducks have that much or even equal offensively skilled players on the PP than the Canucks.

Smells funny imo

More going on that what gets presented. Something has to give soon. Either the team it around pdq or firings. Nothing in the middle.

Gotta take care of wifey 1st 👍
I’m in a similar boat & explains our move mostly. Retirement is coming fast or at least semi but we need some winter getaways as well.

Fans start reaching easily when the turmoil gets this thick. I kinda get on the refs but I know that is not the problem(s). Slow starts & confidence are at the root of everything. It’s gut check time & some of the core are not adjusting. Adversity is a double edged sword & it’s cutting very deep right now. What is needed is the team to rally by skating harder & getting their noses dirty. Simplify things by becoming leaders & show a lot more emotion & can the poor body language. Gotta be unfazed or give that appearance & go through walls til it makes a difference.
