Didn't think they would be draft lottery bad, a few individuals I expected more from lead to being this bad, but now that they are, I'm fully embracing it

The team last year in the regular season was bad and got some Covid luck to make the playoffs, then caught lightning in a bottle.
Suzuki, Dvorak, Perrault/Evans/Paquette. Bad isn't even a fair word to use.
Trading a 1st and 2nd round pick for Dvorak knowing what this roster...I'm shocked people still have jobs after this summer |

Edmundson hurts a lot too, half the backend that took them to the finals is missing!
Didn't mind the Dvorak trade at the time but like I said, I expected more from him... and obviously I had high hopes for Caufield to start the year... like I said, bad but not lottery bad but it's really a good thing now |

for me it's just the speed of this team. they're so plodding and they execute so slowly. the contract was so evident last night against Boston. they were just playing the game at a pace Montreal can't match.
