As per Trevor's blog. "Quebec natives Pierre Lambert and Justin St. Pierre put the Flames at a hard disadvantage in the third. Montreal deserved their share of minor penalties that game — yet Pierre and Justin felt a two 4-on-4’s and one powerplay was the most they could do for the visiting team."

it's also a rather weak opinion, considering there were a bunch of penalties against the flames that weren't called either, so the refs did a poor job evenly on both sides I'd say.
