Usually. Caffeine really hasn't ever hurt my sleep.

Honestly, if something happened during the day that was really good or really bad it can throw me off.

- mr.peanut

do you mean that because of your caffeine intake if something really good happens you'll be destabilized and pissed off about it?

yeah I got that, just being HB-dumb for a lame joke

have you tried replacing some of your caffeinated drinks with decaffeinated ones, to trick your brain into lowering the caffeine intake? (if it is something you're thinking about doing)

I don't think I've ever tried decaffeinated, I guess you have to shop around to find a good one, the taste must be a tad different.

depends where you get it. Before when you could walk into a Tim's some of us would grab an old BAF to freshen up. One guy would grab decafs for us. Tasted the same tbh but timmies has weak coffee to begin with.

Buddy i know who worked there said it was the same as the reg.

They know people who drink there on the reg don't care about quality coffee and would never know the difference.

Could be different now.

Could just mean for the dark roast brewer that they crush 5 more beans and remove a teaspoon of water, so it's "darker"

or, it's just really old coffee they let sit on the back burner so that some of the water evaporates. #timhortonsisanevilcorporation
