That’s a fact. Need another defenseman besides S Jones to play during OT, either Kalynuk or C Jones. Hawks didn’t have any legs in the 3rd, they’re lucky to get two points. Kane’s injury must be hand, wrist, elbow, or shoulder related, still high end talent but something is wrong.

I'm not sure about Kane. He hit a post and Jarry got the slightest bit on his last shot. Of all the players on the Hawks, Kane is the one I'm least worried about. They need Hagel back and they need Borgstrom to be something of a point producer. There are simply too many plugs playing right now. I think the Hardman experiment is close to being done. He tries really hard and has decent board play, but he's all over the place. Maybe it's just me.

I'm going to be very interested to see how Kalynuk fits into this new coaching dynamic. Maybe we will see him let loose a bit more.
