Sold my condo during the full swing of the pandemic and couldnt find a nice affordable house up north. Ended up building my own house for the price of a 3 and a half condo in mtl (I had a bigger condo but new condos are small and $$$).

Dans la Petite-Nation j'ai bin hâte qu'une génération de vieux conseillers et maires lèvent les pattes. Crisse que ça avance pas vite les projets quand toutes les Nicole et Raymond se font des babounes dans les conseils municipaux. Plein de mini-agendas de retardés. |

Yup! Depuis fin Sept. Maison fini (ou presque) sur le bord d'un ptit lac avec pas mal toute les services que j'aurais en ville.
Pas loin de lachute qui est 50 shades of beige mais qui offre les commerces essentiel.  |
