you're more relax when you watch the game, often you know how it will end before the puck drops. it's good for your heart.
we get the chance to see news faces like Pizzeria and Belle-Ile.

of all of these, the only real positive I would acknowledge is the ticket prices, and even then I'm not sure why you'd want to see this sh!tshow live... the rest are all a very, very far stretch lol

edit: oh the draft could be a positive, but that's only once the season is over

that should also mean they'll be sellers at the tdl. a first in many years! free entertainement right there!
we don't have to watch last regular season Price and Weber. (that's a big one)
maybe some will decide to start watching other teams play (not sure about that one). watch Ovie, close to pass Brett Hull.
