Why does every dumb hawt take have to be all or nothing?
Poehling is polarizing and has done his share to piss me off as a fan but it's a (frank)ing process - Takemedrunkimhome

C'est terminé pour Poehling! Il a eu sa chance!

I'd be happy if the Habs can figure out what they have in Poehling long term by the end of this year. Whether that's at his ceiling or floor I just hope they can use this year to figure it out |

Remember when the Habs had so much awesome C depth that Poehling may have to be relegated to LW? I remember it like it was a few months ago - Takemedrunkimhome

these are the things elderly people drop in your bag and even though you know they just don't realize that the world has produced good candy since they were kids in the late 1800s, you still go back and burn their house down later that night. |

One is over a ppg as a 22 year old 1st round pick. One is under a ppg as a 30 year undrafted player.
One is American. The other PQ. I wonder what could be driving this opinion |

Well we know what Poehling can do in the AHL, which is being a very good player.
Either this year or the next, they'll have to give him a real shot in the NHL or trade him away if they don't believe in him.

Old folks in my neighbourhood growing up gave up the full sized bars so you went 3 or 4 times throughout the night |

As much as I like to laugh at Gaston, I don't think it's fair to drag Belzile into this who according to all account is a real (frank)ing pro attitude/work ethic and would die on the ice for this club |

This year would make a lot of sense due to not having a shot at competing and needing C's but... |

Yup.
I mean I get it, he didn't have a stellar camp.
But I feel like he could at least be as good as Adam Brooks?

to be fair, i haven't been trick or treating in a while.
but someone mentioned necco wafers on the radio the other day in a hallowEEn discussion and it brought back bad memories.
also, old people used to drop a handful of change in your bag sometimes when i was a kid. that was always weird.

Somebody actually wrote in here they thought Brooks could be a 40-50 point C...so I guess people have wildly different views on what he may bring |

Jesus christ.
And the Leafs let him go for nothing?
I'm having doubts but let's remain hopeful.

We all view things differently. Somebody described Dvorak as one of the Habs untouchables but not Caufield so I'm not sure what to think of Habs fan opinions during this nightmare |
