and in other news, who here thought Dvorak was better than Danault? I don't remember who it was, still think the same thing?
and also, as soon as Edmundson returns, welcome to Laval Romanov!
now drop the puck - fidopro
meh, I really liked Danault here but he's already on the third line in LA, and at that price the point is kinda moot.

Kane said he didn't know John Doe was Kyle Beach until today.

well said lol
and it isn't like Beach is making things up about the team knowing about it, there are other players saying it was the case (Sopel, and another guy too I can't remember) |

meh, it isn't like Kane didn't already look like a bit of a douche with his taxi shenanigans... and there's no further incentive for Beach or others to lie about everyone knowing. |

yeah i guess. just saying that when someone says everyone, it doesn't always literally mean everyone.
And sometimes you hear something so (frank)ed up 2nd hand that you can't mentally fathom that it's true. |

I find this is just playing devil's advocate. you said it yourself, the NHL is a tight-knit community, and that someone who played an important role on that team didn't know anything about it doesn't make any sense to me. |

Per EF
Awaiting official wording on Joel Quenneville, but sounds like Andrew Brunette as interim coach in Florida. |

I'm not saying he didn't know. I said it is possible he may not have known.
Could he be lying? Yes. Could he be telling the truth? Yes. |

it wasn't like beach was going around telling everyone what happened and they choose to ignore it. it also depends on which rumour they heard. sopel has since walk back his "everyone" comment. sopel who supposedly knew didn't do a damn thing but somehow he is more believable than others?
and the hawks didn't give him any references, btw. it has been denied by every employer of the creep.

I've heard it's possible they destroyed any proof that this document existed, but yeah I hope for the organization they didn't reference the guy, there's already enough poop as it is. |
