You can buy hormone free and organic and all that. Depending on where you live you can often get it direct from the farm. Either way that gets expensive. I've toyed with the idea of one of those online organic meat delivery companies that deliver a monthly box of a variety of frozen meat but never tried it

ya my food intake is bought once a week one grocery and done in about 12 minutes

i hated that name. couldn't stand it. i thought it was stupid back when they played in the A-League at a glorified high school field off the highway. much prefer the new name and look.

it's great, quick delivery also. Been ordering from them for a few years. Don't have to order a huge quantity every time either. Yeah, they are based in the Ottawa area and deliver to MTL every week.

I had a great rib steak in Phoenix.

And a (frank)ing horrible one in Nashville.

I think they're hit and miss like any other.

Also, I given up talking politics in here..

My cousin is married to a cow farmer. Bought a ¼ beef last year and some packages this year, I got ground beef for the whole year and had enough steaks for the BBQs last summer. Also tastes a lot better than the grocery stuff, no hormones or antibiotics.
