Last week I showed you guys the Italian bread I baked, well this past weekend I made chicken parm sandwiches with it...
- Rinosaur
No visible basil. Bread to chicken ratio is off.
6/10

I think it's just the angle, but there's two cutlets on there. The ratio was fine but you also don't want too much because the meat will slide out.
Yeah, I don't use basil on my chicken parm sanwiches. Personal choice. But this bread is homemade and super soft, so it squishes down nicely.

That looks damn good. Couldn't even tell you the last time I had a chicken parm sandwich. Homemade red sauce, or store bought? |

Thanks!
I never use store bought sauce. This was just a simple quick one though. Tomato puree, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper simmered for about half an hour. |

The one that now randomly pops up the middle of the screen you message is so annoying. It's like the old illegal streaming sites where a new add appears every five seconds. |

I have issues with it just locking up and not loading. Guess Ek is struggling to sell his rumors and has cut server expenses. |

I usually grow a combination of beefsteak, roma and cherry. I use all 3 when I make my homemade sauce. |

Kinda looks like muffuletta bread. Just got back from New Orlean for the second time in as many months and I make it point to get a muffuletta. |

I've used roma before. They're decent for sauce.

This investigation is really thorough. Makes me wonder how much is going to be uncovered in the Donatelli investigation. - burgh4life87
I have not had time to read all 68 pages... I do plan on it. I live in the Chicagoland area, and people are nust devistated! About the situation, not Stan.... |

Most varieties of plum tomatoes are really good for sauce. I like to use the combination for base red sauce and freeze a bunch of it. Break it out on Sunday's and cook up a crock of meatballs for subs or toss peppers, onions and hot sausage with it. |

Quenneville has some damning parts in there too. Multiple times he told the leadership group to move on and focus on the playoffs. Said these allegations would ruin their cup chances and championships. All while letting the coach who did all this participate in the cup events. |

Do you go traditional with Central Grocery or do you go artisan upsacle with Cochon Butcher?
TBH, they're both (frank)ing amazing. I miss the turtle soup up there, I got it from like 3 or 4 different places while I was there hahaha. |
