It is, Mikheyev's injury is hurting Matthews and Tavares, not Marner.. Mitch is at the top of his game right now.. Consistently, the best player on the ice when skating all by himself in practice with no one else around

no... its simply that Marner is not skating like he did the first couple of years... he used to fly out of his own zone and either open the ice for a pass or carry the puck and push the defense back... now it is "deliberate" and he doesn't ad lib anymore.
