Also, it was reported they were considering surgery and they decided against it, which can happen for a lot of reasons, only one of which is the injury was not that bad. So yes, until I get facts that state otherwise, I stick to my guns on a take I have, but am more than happy to accept alternatives, especially ones like this one, if the facts dictate. LOL. It was never reported that he needed surgery. That was simply speculation before he was examined by specialists. You were given facts. You chose to ignore them repeatedly. There was never any information that even remotely suggested that Allison was out for the season. You are the only one who was stating that. Last season NAK did a steady parade to the penalty box, but AV kept playing him. Maybe will AV will finally put NAK in the Riley Cote suite? Sitting a few games may open NAK's eyes, hurt his pride or what ever. As long as he learns to stop with the lazy, stupid penalties.

Was an independent law firm contracted by the team to investigate. (and they lied to the media when asked back in the summer). Not law enforcement.
