They’ll have to bring in someone for 3-4 years before they’re ready IMO. I’m not ready to write UPL off but I’ve never been super high on him. Especially with him undergoing double hip surgery.

- step down with an admission of failure to take decisive action
- be Fired immediately or permanently Suspended & Banned by the NHL (in the case where he doesn't have the authority to actually do so as Q is a Panther's employee)

Panther's and Jet's now also on the clock.
Q and Chevy are Guilty by Association, period.
The Owner's of those two (2) franchises have no excuses, to take no action is demonstrating how morally bankrupt they are. Actions speak louder than words.

To do any less, sets a horrible example for the sport at all levels.
