IMO, the most important issues for this season are:
- the Organization continues to string together the right moves...hiring talented front office personnel, strong development by the youngsters no matter where they are playing now, building out strategic tools, etc.
- the Coaching staff continues to lead with an eye that prioritizes the needs for the future and present...placing long-term success ahead of winning the game "tonight"
- continue driving the culture change
- players staying energized, positive, and focused on improving their respective game

I'M not worried about the wins this season...rather the overall growth of the core to take the next steps.

Devon Levi will be a top goalie in the NHL. I said it when we traded for him and I will say it again. Adams knew what he was doing when we traded for him. This kid is just getting started. He is hungry and wants it. Most important part.
