In fact they might mandate it to avoid this cross border business moving ahead, but it depends on how long the pandemic stretches. His vaccination status has ZERO effect on his community. His vax status doesn’t affect whether or not the virus is in his system and is therefore communicable. You’re not using basic logic. The government is over-stepping here, not the player.
