on a PC with adblocker it's fine but when I use my phone it is ridiculous indeed, it gets pretty hard to type without being re-directed because of an ad. it's as if they're purposely trying to scare away posters with a bunch of ads and 504 errors.

Science isn't there yet but a lot of anecdotal stuff. Science hypothesizes cell death through autophagy and apoptosis as a result of fasting which may have positive impacts on longevity but there hasn't been enough quality double blind type studies to back anything and it'll likely take decades. I tried a 16:8 fast:eat window for a few months and noticed I felt pretty good and my energy levels were surprisingly high but I found it was tough to maintain in the real world and booze (frank)s it up immediately
