To be fair, it is his first game coming off of an injury but yea, not so good.

thats right, comment every risto mistake. We know you hated chucks moves, but ignore how well brassard is doing. I know your game

Sanheim no one around him nice icing, smh
- ClaudeFather

I left the room for a second and wondering why Thompson’s line is taking a faceoff against the Bergeron line in the defensive zone. Like (frank) what Risto did…why the bad match up?

You should have talked to Chuck Fletcher before off season. Thanks for your help!

The Flyers have tried all night to keep Provy and Ellis on the ice against the big line…but after the icing you don’t get your match up.

That’s what I was saying. That whole sequence wouldn’t have happened had sanheim not needlessly iced it.

even if there was a guy on him, he wouldnt have needed to ice it, pass it to someone, flip out of the zone....but dont do that

Let’s see how they respond. See if they can pull out a win.

The Flyers are really getting outplayed in this game at 5 on 5. They've avoided taking penalties and giving the Bruins PP opportunities and scored on the PP. Winning the special teams battles and a couple of hot shooters remaining hot are why they're in this game.

Even with the dumb icing you still have to make a play in your own end…tough against that line. Oh well…need a good 3rd.

Yes. With the b s you have to pay attention to all details. Ice it, you get the top line with likelihood of losing the draw. Not good.

Counterpoint…. Boston is one Atkinson goal going just wide from starting to get their doors blown off.

This is very early 20-21 season Flyers. Playing w/o the puck the entire game, barely putting any rubber on net, but somehow still in a position to win.

One more Flyers goal would make it 4-3. That's getting their doors blown off? Despite some individual mistakes, the biggest issue the Flyers have in this game is the play of the top line. Couturier in particular. Giroux and Konecny with no shots on goal through two periods. They have to step up in the 3rd.

Been thinking that all game. Same with the Vancouver game. Flyers with puck luck and a couple of players who are hot shooting.
