Benning has been the GM for a long time, Travis HC since 2017. I'd say they both share equal blame and without a decent to good season they're both gone. Benning might make a play part way through the season and i'd encourage him to as long as it's no longer than a 2 year deal provided we're still sub par.

I'm a little concerned about outlandish trades, especially if we're a fringe team trading a pile of draft capital.
