I thought I was. Most times people reference me and a bull together it's normally in relation to his bowel movements...so I viewed this as a step up

Just means they'll be bad long enough to get both Wright and Bedard before the next dynasty starts

Well with the new rules, it's technically impossible no?

It's fine, just getting Wright is fine.

Does Montreal have enough old boys to compare to Edmonton? Think they've run through nearly all of them by now

I will suggest this is both accurate and one of tbe the nicest things somebody who isn't Kick has ever said to me on the internet

Pretty sure a clean break is better for Montreal than a veneer for the fans but to each their own. The Habs aren't losing because Weber wasn't there in person, players like Gallagher aren't holding back leadership because they don't have a C on their jersey and this whole conversation is both crazy and amusing all at once. (You're welcome Kick)

In an incredibly simplistic view the Habs are losing because:

They are weak down the middle
They are weak throughout the d core
Their special teams are awful
Until some completely unknown time in the future their goaltending tandem is Allen and Montembeault which is an incredibly weak tandem

It isn't (frank)ing complicated

- Takemedrunkimhome

In fairness, Allen has been really good so far, probably our best player.

Then again, that is probably our problem.

the only dissenting votes would be people who want to spend all day arguing the other side and backpedaling.

but you know what i always say. it's so easy to just not make stupid comments on a public forum in the first place.

Not sure if anyone really is surprised by this abysmal start. I’m certainly not. When you don’t have Price, Weber and to a lesser extent edmundson & Hoffman how competent and competitive can you really be?

Add in the fact that special teams(especially the PP) continue to be poor for many many years now it’s not exactly a recipe for success. I still think Ducharme is a terrible coach too. One Cinderella playoff run doesn’t change that.
