I enjoy when they win but when it gets overblown a tad in relation to who they played by some people it does get a bit silly. Especially when certain posters saying how efficient the D is when they played these two teams. I'll just ride it out and wait for a larger, better sample size to see what this team really is all about.

That is why it is smart not to go full bore on things you aren't sure about or really don't matter. There are levels of personal development and emotional intelligence and to see things as black and white is a low level. To say the Sabres didn't offer Dahlin a long contract when you have no clue as to whether they did or not is not wise because there is a chance it will bite you in the ass., and then the infamous special teams don't matter, among other things.

Tage looks competent at center which no one would here have predicted, ever! Dahlin looks solid on the left and right. The team is playing strong in front of the goalies. And Anderson seems to be a calming influence from what we’ve seen. The compete is there. The effort is there.

I said it after game one and after game two, win, lose or shootout, they keep playing fast, with effort, I’ll keep tuning in. There is nothing not to like after the two games played (other than injuries). I don’t have any lofty expectations. Simply, keep playing the way they played the first 2. Only 80 to go.
