Win. Lose. Or shootout… keep the effort up, keep it fun to watch… can’t ask for anything more given where we are… |

How long has the NHL been awarding a shootout win as one-goal win in the standings so that it positively affects the goal differential? And who gets credited with the winning goal - R2D2?
On the NHL website they, they have the Sabres at 7 goals for and 2 against for a +5 differential. |

The Tage freaking Thompson line absolutely dominated
100-%, yes 100% shot share
15 on ice shots for 0 against - sbroads24
I was hoping he would pan out. Makes the ROR trade not so horrific. He’a got a beautiful shot, and Is finally using his size and reach to buy space. He could easily be a 30 goal guy for us in the future |

Gotta hit the net with that good shot, but he has looked like a different player this year. |

His passing is second only to Dahlin this year. So far IMO |

Anyone catch RJ mention that Joker was on crutches in the press box? Wolanin claim makes sense. |

I believe I heard coach say in post game press conference
" It's not weeks for joker it's long term"
Anybody else hear that

I think he's been terrific for this team. He hasn't finished opportunities but he generates a ton of chances.
After years of depth forward slugs, guys like Ruotsalainen, Hinostroza, Asplund, Caggiula and Bjork are a breath of speedy air.
Cozens is struggling badly |

Eh. I like his speed and forecheck but he’s fumbled quite a few possessions
He’s fine in this lineup I just don’t think he’s been good yet |

Fair enough. He's a lot like my boy Erod. All speed, little vision and not a finisher. I like his energy and pace though
Edit, just looked: erod with two goals in two games. Go get em, buddy |

Yeah he’s absolutely fine just think he’s been meh so far.
I’m just shocked at the 70’s line.

Tage at center has been a revelation. Forechecking, back checking, boxing guys out. Really, really good |

Makes me wonder why they switched him from C to W in juniors. |

In retrospect in makes a ton of sense to have the big guy play the position that affords him the opportunity to use his size by giving him more space. His defensive game on the backcheck has been great |

He’s been awesome at making neutral zone defensive plays. His length/reach is perfect in the center of the ice |
