If they are really that good they should be able to handle most situations with almost any partner as well.

I think Kevyn through pegs and intermediaries, needs to contact Kim Jung Un and conduct a stealth cyber attack on the other gm’s emails looking for the “full Gruden”… once the information is obtained you utilize it as leverage to get the deal you need….

Regardless of how you get there, Jack, when healthy, is a top 10 Nhl player (6th pre injury)… there is zero reason for Adams to get ROR’d. You can take your bag of burglands and shove it. Period….

So you angle for 2 firsts, a top prospect, a mid prospect, cap as necessary. Perfect world, 22 first is unprotected. 23 first is protected and conditioned. Settle for 22 protected, 23 protected and conditioned.

I really hope people keep some perspective if they start 2-0 and not meltdown when they inevitably drop some games

They don’t have the talent to make the playoffs or contend

My options for starting free agent QBs are

Daniel Jones
Burrow
Big Ben
Wentz
Lawrence

Right now I’m going with burrow. Thought about Daniel Jones but coming back from a concussion

That's the problem everyone expects lottery, but what if they play tough the whole year are people gonna be mad if they finish say 10th. Cause around here that wouldn't surprise me.

If they finish 10th from the bottom, so be it, as I'm done with the losing on purpose, but I suspect a bottom 5 finish will happen based on injuries and attrition, which we are already seeing after one game.

That said, it's why getting more than picks is so vital in an Eichel trade, and why they desperately need at least one top quality forward in return for Eichel.

He's got a lot less time than 5 years to figure it out, and with neither party seeming to have any interest in coming to a mutual decision on surgery, it's quite possible that never gets figured out while Eichel is a Sabre, which means the return in a trade will be...

Jones has been a solid fantasy QB this year and no Barkley means he should be throwing a lot, but he has a tough match up this week with the Rams followed by the Panthers , then a favorable match up against a bad Chiefs defense

I still remain convinced that VGK is a good partner, especially with a trade that includes Olofsson at 50% retained, making the deal worth $11.625m.

Olo included gives them a sniper on the right wing to replace Tuch long-term and Stone short-term.
Jack going on LTIR for the season gives VGK plenty of room to go get Dylan Strome as a stop gap.


Tuch coming back and going on IR rather than LTIR means the Sabres would only need to take back an additional $5.2m-ish to hit the floor...coincidentally Theodore is a much needed high-end RhD at $5.2m
